Terms and Conditions / Right of Exchange
According to the Portuguese consumer protection law, as a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason.
If you want to make use of this right, you must inform us by email to shop@shopfoxy.de and return the goods in perfect condition. We will then refund the purchase price and the shipping costs, but not the cost of the return postage.
It is important to note that the right to exchange does not apply to personalized or bespoke goods unless there is a manufacturing defect. Mystery bags and hands-on books are excluded from the right of exchange.
Shipping Information
I currently ship my products within the EU + Great Britain and Switzerland. Depending on which country the order is shipped to, you can expect a delivery time of 3 - 10 days. I ship all my products with DHL.
